The Sales Development Series begins with Sandler Essentials. This 10-week session covers the core principles and 7-step process of the Sandler Selling System.
Participants develop the Behaviors, Attitudes, and Techniques that result in shorter sales cycles, improved communication, and stronger relationships.
We begin the program with DISC and skill assessments for a clear understanding of individual behavioral styles, strengths, and performance gaps to ensure an effective learning and coaching experience.

Essentials Certified: Acknowledges the participant has completed the course work and has an understanding of Sandler's foundational principles, skills, and behaviors.
Expert Certified: This level focuses on driving outcomes by measuring how well participants can apply Sandler principles, skills, and behaviors in their daily sales activities.
